I’m getting tired of talent shows using completely unrelated celebrities to judge their shows.
Like, they find the most obscure thing in their background and then allow them to judge based on that. Like, Ellen DeGeneres on So You Think You Can Dance? How is she related to the dance world at all? Because she dances on stage before her show starts? Uhm…
The Guest judge on America’s Next Top Model are just as ridiculous. Krisitin Cavallari? She walks one runway show in Miami (because she’s a celebrity) and is on The Hills so she knows everything about fashion? She has no place sitting at the same table as Nigel Barker and Andre Leon Talley. Nicki Minaj? She’s a great rapper, but she also has absolutely no place sitting on the judging panel on a fashion related show.
I know that they want ratings, but come on, don’t sell out.
